Melody is currently pursuing a Master’s of Music in Percussion Performance and Master’s of Music in Chamber Music at University of Michigan. She graduated with a Bachelor of Percussion Performance at Southern Methodist University in 2025. An advocate for equity and inclusion in the concert percussion community, Melody was an Emerging Artist through The Network for Diversity in Concert Percussion (NDCP) during the 2024-25 season.
